Terms and Conditions
1. Orders :
- Buyers may place orders through via email.
- Orders are subject to acceptance by the Seller.
2. Price and Payment :
- Prices are as stated in our quotation or as agreed upon in writing.
- Payment terms are specified in the invoice.
3. Delivery:
- We aim to deliver within the agreed timeframe, but delivery dates are estimates.
- Risk passes to the Buyer upon delivery.
4. Quality and Returns:
- Lubricants must conform to specifications and be free from defects.
- Buyers must notify us of any issues upon delivery.
5. Liability:
- We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
6. Governing Law:
- These terms are governed by the laws of India and Jurisdiction of Mumbai City.
By placing an order, Buyers agree to these terms.
Refunds and Cancellation Policy
In case of sales returns it will be the decision of the management on case to case basis to accept the returns.
In such case refund will be provided within 7 working days of receiving the goods at our ware house in proper and unused condition.
Shipping and Delivery Policy
Shipping of products can be arranged as per the customers requirements, Customers can avail pick up from ware house, Delivery to Agents or delivered On board vessel as per their policy.
We can arrange port documentation and onboarding of products on ports across India and 750+ ports globally covered under the Shell Port Services Guide.
We can also arrange delivery of Bulk Tanker supplies as per the customers needs at pecific ports subject to port infrastructure being feasable for the supply.
Pumping of Drums and IBC can also be arranges on request.
Delivery poilicy will be based on agreed terms in our quotation.
Delivery lead time Policy
Delivery lead time will depend on the port location and will be minimum 2 working days of confirmed order and maximum 7 working days subject to product avaiability .
